We're Tyravionex, and We've Been Doing This Since 2019

Started in Melbourne with a simple idea: help Australian businesses understand where their cash actually goes. Six years later, we're still asking the same tough questions—just with better answers and a lot more experience under our belts.

How We Got Started

Back in early 2019, I was sitting in a café in South Melbourne watching my friend struggle with his manufacturing business. Great products, solid clients—but always scraping for cash. He couldn't figure out why.

Turned out his inventory management was bleeding money. Three months of stock sitting around. Suppliers getting paid in 15 days while customers took 60. It was obvious once you looked at the numbers properly.

That's really where Tyravionex began. Not with some grand plan or big mission statement. Just noticing that a lot of business owners in Australia were dealing with the same problem—working hard but constantly short on working capital.

We started with three clients that first year. Now we work with over 40 businesses across Victoria and New South Wales, from logistics companies to tech startups to retail operations.

What We Actually Do

Financial analysis sounds complicated, but it's pretty straightforward when you strip away the jargon. We look at three main areas where cash gets stuck or wasted.

Cash Flow Mapping

We track where money comes in, where it sits, and where it leaves. Sounds basic, but you'd be surprised how many businesses can't answer these questions clearly. We build visual maps that show the actual movement—not just what the accounting software says.

Working Capital Analysis

This is our bread and butter. We dig into inventory turnover, receivables cycles, payables timing. Find the spots where cash is sitting idle or moving too slowly. Then figure out what changes might help without disrupting operations.

Operational Efficiency Review

Sometimes the problem isn't financial at all—it's operational. A procurement process that takes three weeks. Invoicing that happens whenever someone gets around to it. We look at the workflows that affect cash movement and suggest practical improvements.

The People Behind the Numbers

We're a small team, which is intentional. Everyone here has worked directly with business owners before—not just consulted from a distance. That hands-on experience matters when you're making recommendations that affect real livelihoods.

Callum Voss, Senior Financial Analyst at Tyravionex

Callum Voss

Senior Financial Analyst

Joined in 2021 after running his own e-commerce business for three years. Understands cash flow challenges from the inside. Has a weird talent for spotting patterns in payment data that everyone else misses.

No Jargon Policy

If we can't explain something in plain English, we probably don't understand it well enough ourselves. Financial analysis doesn't need to be mysterious or complicated.

Practical Over Perfect

The best solution is the one that actually gets implemented. We'd rather suggest something simple that works than something theoretically optimal that nobody will do.

How We've Evolved

2019

Starting Small

Founded Tyravionex in March with three clients—all personal contacts who knew they had cash flow problems but weren't sure why. Worked out of a shared office in Collingwood. Spent most of our time just listening and trying to understand patterns.

Building the Team

Brought Callum on board in February after working with his e-commerce business the previous year. Also developed our first proper methodology—not revolutionary, just a structured way to look at working capital that we could teach to other analysts.

Expanding Services

Started offering quarterly reviews in addition to one-off analyses. Realized that working capital isn't a one-time fix—it shifts as businesses grow and markets change. Some of our 2019 clients are still with us, just dealing with different challenges now.

Where We Are Now

Working with 43 active clients across multiple industries. Still based in Melbourne but serving businesses throughout Victoria and NSW. We've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't—mostly by trying things and paying attention to results.
